How It Started.
In 2024, Greg Brown and Felipe Suarez turned a shared vision into reality. Two coaches with decades of experience at the highest levels of the game — one a former MLB hitting coach, the other a professional pitcher turned pitching guru — came together to build something South Florida didn't have: a true baseball development facility where science and soul live under the same roof.
The Bullpen was born from frustration with the ordinary. Too many players were getting cookie-cutter training. Too many coaches were chasing trends instead of building foundations. Brown and Suarez believed there was a better way — and they built it at 2590 Davie Road.

The Coaching Staff.
Former MLB Hitting Coach of the Chicago Cubs, Hitting Coordinator for the Cubs and Rays, National Championship Head Coach at Nova Southeastern University, and Area Scout for the Houston Astros. Brownie has developed players from youth baseball to MLB All-Stars for over 20 years.
Former professional pitcher and pitching coach for the Los Angeles Angels, Felipe has been one of South Florida's most trusted pitching minds for over 20 years. Movement design, arm health, pitch development, and the mental game — if you throw a baseball, Felipe has something to teach you.
Former Division I two-way player at Florida Atlantic University and head coach at both the high school and collegiate levels. A gifted coach and communicator who works with both hitters and pitchers alike.
